Farm accommodation in quiet rural Lincolnshire countryside. Full renovation just completed. The studio has a king sized bed, fridge, kettle, toaster and tea/coffee for guests. The large wet room has shower and towels will be provided. All level access, with larger doors for wheelchair access if required.

Guests have own private access and car park Outdoor patio with table and chairs.
Interaction with Guests
We will be generally available in the main farm house and we will welcome you on arrival.

Getting Around
Parking is available. Secure storage for bikes if you wish to bring your own.

Stabling availability for horses at £25 a night.
